Pramiti Habba held at the Kanakapura campus on 21st and 23rd December, 2017

Continuing with the theme of the Seven Sisters, the Habba this year saw presentations in the areas of music, dance, cookery, theatre and practical life activities. The decor followed the North Eastern theme and resonated with the philosophy of recycle and reuse. The programme not only was a sharing of dance and music but also of theatre in the form of mime, play, puppetry and a musical created completely by children, a guided tour to the bountiful vegetable garden grown by children and also the model tribal house made, keeping in mind the resources available in and around the school. Added to all of this, the audience also viewed a short film made by children of Pramiti - a sharing of the making of our Habba. The Habba was indeed a very enriching experience and something that will linger in all our minds for many years.
